Just a little bit aabout me so we can get to know each other better:

I have lived in Broward County for over 35 years.  I moved here from Alaska, thinking I would only be here for a couple of years.  At that time in my career was in the Mortgage Industry.  I moved down with a natioanal Mortgage Company to open branches in the area.  As my career progressed and had the opportunity to work with many talented real estate agents.  Do to my knowledge from the mortgage side and my knowledge on the real estate side, I was convinced by one of my realtors  to join in and get licensed for Real Estate.  So needless to say I fell in love with Real Estate and the satisfaction it brought to me to be part of the home search for my clients who became friends.  My years in the area and my mortgage background has brought me capabilities other agents do not have at their  finger tip.
